Testing, Testing, 1-2-3

So I live in Miami.

I have. For the past 10 1/2 months.


AND, since I now intend to stay here for at least a few more years:
this is a blog about it.


There will be many plants.
There will be many complaints.
There will be many pictures of 84º days in February to make those of you in cooler climes jealous.


mostly, it's to keep myself entertained and thinking about this place in which I live, and places to which I want to go.
